SELF-REPORTED INDICATORS
Schools may choose to describe up to two additional pieces of information about how their school is supporting students. These self-reported indicators are not factored into school accountability calculations but provide the opportunity for schools to highlight successful programs or practices in addition to the indicators included in school accountability.

PLC Goals for 2022-23
Arcadia's Continual Improvement Plan goals for 2022-23 in Talent Development states the following: - To achieve productive and functioning professional learning communities (PLCs) through data analysis and collaboration. This year, teachers will meet in PLCs weekly to analyze student data from formative and summative assessments to determine which students will be put into which small group for reteaching and review of missed concepts. Teachers will also use the data to drive their instruction and planning. Although, there will be administrative support throughout these meetings, each PLC is required to fill out an accountability form and send it to the principal for review and feedback after each meeting. By improving teachers' ability to analyze student data and collaborate with one another on best practices and setting goals for student growth, we will help students improve their test scores to reach the school's academic goals on the continual improvement plan.
