SELF-REPORTED INDICATORS
Schools may choose to describe up to two additional pieces of information about how their school is supporting students. These self-reported indicators are not factored into school accountability calculations but provide the opportunity for schools to highlight successful programs or practices in addition to the indicators included in school accountability.

SCHOOL-LEVEL FACTORS
Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports
McPolin has implemented a Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports ( PBIS) program school wide. It is important to have consistent expectations in classrooms but also around the school and playground area. It is important for students to see that expectations and rules are the same throughout the building. Centering these rules and expectations around a positive culture helps students self esteem, creates motivation and a climate that is healthy within the school. The attached report shows percentage implemented within the 2021-22 school year via the Tiered Fidelity Inventory.
